Business OfficeAbout your Hospital Bill: Patient or family members may contact Patient Financial Services by calling 633-7647 to discuss payment options or any other questions regarding Cheyenne Regional Medical Center's payment policies. All patients will be provided with an itemized bill after discharge. For your convenience, your insurance carrier will be billed directly. Please understand that the self-pay portion of your bill (the amount of your hospitalization not covered by your insurance) will be requested at the time you leave the hospital. For patients not covered under an insurance plan, a Patient Account Representative will contact you during your hospitalization to assist in making financial arrangements.
